Cancellation Policy

Booking & Scheduling Advance Booking Required: Clients must book at least 24–48 hours in advance. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellation Notice: Require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee. Late Cancellation Fee: Charge a small fee (e.g., 20–30% of service cost) for same-day cancellations. Rescheduling Policy: Allow one free reschedule per booking; additional changes may incur a fee. Scope of Service Limitations: Specify what’s not included (e.g., pest control, hazardous waste removal). Safety & Liability Damage Policy: If damage occurs, clients must report it within 24 hours for review and resolution. Access & Security Entry Instructions: Clients must provide clear access instructions (keys, codes, etc.). Payment Terms Payment Due: Full payment due upon completion or in advance for first-time clients. Accepted Methods: List accepted payment types (cash, mobile money, bank transfer). Receipts Provided: Offer digital receipts for every transaction. Referral Program Policy Pet Policy (e.g., cleaners won’t handle pets unless agreed) Privacy Policy (especially if collecting client data online)
